Sorry guys. I just joined the Forum and promptly posted a rather long post in the wrong place. Hopefully you can reference the original post in the new members area and supply some much needed help. I don't think these old fingers can repeat the original post.

I'm still having a hard time navigating my first ever smartphone. It was a gift from my daughters to get me better informed. They don't understand that what is great for them can be a burden for those who are less phone savvy. They also gave their mother one . Since neither of us are coping very well with the new toys, we are back to hollering the length of the house to communicate. Very embarrassing out in a store. It's hard to train an Old Dog.
