flooding

yes i have a 1995 s -10 blazer with 4.3 that is flooding if i unplug fuel pump it will start but i plug it back up then it floods any help please

just for i min until it clears the fuel out of the cylinders then dies but like i said soon as you plug up fuel pump it and turn it over it soaks the plugs

So it sounds like your fuel pump is providing the pressure needed, but the fuel pressure regulator in the intake is not properly controlling the pressure once the pump provides it.

Grab yourself a fuel pressure gauge and have a look at the fuel pressure after you turn the key off. If it drops quickly to zero, you have a fuel leak. Most likely, your FPR is shot. This is a very common problem on the CPI motors.
