I didnt see the reason you changed the filter. What are the issues youre having?

didnt check the fuel pressure, dont know how....but when wou womp on the gas it has no get up and go at all....chugs n lurks n sputters, if im easy on the pedal, and dont pust it more than half way it drives, but when i womp it...it almost sounds like a turbo.....like you hear air.....someone told me my cat could be plugged??

ya your cat could be clogged and you need the fuel pressure tester to check your pressure .

you can go to your local auto parts and see if they have the loan the tool program and they can give you one with a deposit
