Fuel Level Sensor 1 Circuit High Voltage

I have a 2001 Chevrolet Blazer and there is the Fuel Level Sensor 1 High Voltage... what do I do about that?

History Code of Fuel Level Sensor 1 Circuit High Voltage

A history code of (what's stated in title) had showed up... my dad fixed a ground wire... the fluxuation of the gas guage stopped and the history code was gone for a little while... then it came back... what can we do? Also... can a history code in the background prevent i/m monitors from closing? Please help!
