Do you get any pressure build at all then it leaks down slowly? Or you get zero pressure and it all pours into the return jar? I would think a small leak could be a small crack or leaking O-rings. No pressure at all has to be a large leak that should be obvious.

It is possible that the injector body or the pipe is cracked of defective. I have checked for this inside and out and filled the injector body with fuel (not under pressure) to see if it would leak from the feed to the return line. It did not.

I do not get any pressure at the Schrader test port whatsoever, not even 1 psi. My pump can generate substantial pressure. And there are no external leaks from the fuel injector body, poppets, fuel pressure regulator or anywhere else. The fuel just goes down the return line into the jar. It does seem a little surprising that it does not leak sitting on my work bench, but when pressure is applied, it cannot hold any at all.
