Ironically enough,
I didn't think about taking pictures until the process was over, and when I started typing my last reply.

I thought "DAMN" I should have taken pics!
I still have the old parts sitting around, I could take detailed pics of the wear and specific areas in the Nest and on the axles that were worn out?

But, Yeah, It was ALOT of work that needed to be done, Not just pinion bearing, Basically, everything.

I did get a whole "Used" axle set, As the GM ones were 400$ Each, I got a fairly good condition set for 350$. The driveshaft and ujoints on my Jimmy seem to be "New" so they didnt need to be touched. The main gear was also in really good shape so there was no need to replace that, which is good since a new one is about 380$.

Something I've noticed with all these new parts in, Not sure if its because the rear end is very quiet now, Or if theres a new problem introduced.

It seems like when I am going about 40MPH or 80KHph and I cruise without giving it any gas, All is fine. The moment I touch the pedal just a little bit I hear kind of a very low pitched hum from the rear end, Very quiet almost sounds like exhaust but, At 1200RPM I dont think the exhaust would be giving out such a sound. It seems like its only there when your giving the car a tiny bit of gas, Give it alot of gas and the sound is gone, Give it no gas, the sound is not present.

I am wondering if perhaps I damaged my driveshaft buy having it free hanging when servicing the rear diff, or if the gears just need to be "worn in" or if something was put together incorrectly?

Could just be a noise from the setup. Did you check the contact patch once you got the gears back in?
