Grrr. rattle is back

So I thought I fixed the rattle when I put a wedge in to hold the computer from rattling. The rattle went away apperently only by luck since the rattles back and thats still snug. I have checked hood bolts, bumper pieces, done the wiggle test for the ball joints, pulled on the tie rods and changed the shocks. Pitman and idler arms were changed like 2k ago so if they are the problem I will flip. Lower balljoints were also changed at that point uppers are originals. Nothing wiggled when I had it lifted up and everything is good and greased. What can it be its driving me nuts. It rattles only when going over bumps and holes. It is coming from the right front. If I grab the roof rack or door area and shake the truck back and forth from that corner I can hear the same rattle noise. Anyone have any other thingsI shouldcheck? If everyone is out of ideas I may record the sound.

Anyone, im running out of things to check. It should probably be called a clunk not a rattle.

If it helps a little more detail, It is worse after driving then when you first leave for the day. Also it seems to be getting worse.

Strange, I have a similar problem with my Mitsubishi Galant. I hear a rattle over large bumps and when pulling away (due to low rev vibrations). This started happening when one night dropping a friend off at his house, he lives where the roads are uneven (could have done with the blazer!!) and i grounded the car. I think my problem issomething simple like a rubber support has fallen off the exhaust (well I hope anyway!)

If it's a clunk then it's something that should be clipped in or supported, where as a rattle / vibration would be something that needs padding / support tightening. Seems like a tube of some kind but not necessarily rubber.. as it would have to be heavy. If there is a delay between going over the bump and the clunk, would indicate something swaying. But all the things you've replaced are what immediately came to my mind. So I'm stumped too!

The clunk I guess it should be called will happen instantly on a bump. It will also happen if I push fairly hard down on that corner of the truck. I have also since checked the torsion bar mounts and the control arm bushings.

Had a similar noise on another suv and it ended up it was the ball joint. Good luck rattles drive me crazy also.

Sorry left that out, they are new also. One thing to add I dont know if its from back when I had a bad balljoint or if its still getting worse but the inside most tread and the middle tread on that tire are worn more than the others.
