On occasion a manufacturer will rename a part due to small design changes or just because they are revising a part's series number. The GF652 is the correct number for your vehicle according to the AC/Delco website. If you need to know if they made a design change and what it involved, I would recommend contacting them.

I have found in the past, the two different parts no's were for this reason: one was a gas filter without the holding/mounting bracket and one was the same filter but with the bracket. If you check the two number's in a catalog with photo's you may see the with and without mounting bracket. In salty areas, the bracket is exposed and gets eaten by the road salt. There was a higher price for the one with a bracket included.
