Hatch Won't Open
 

2001 Chevy Blazer, all power.
All of a sudden the hatch won't open. I can push the button on the outside back or the button on dash and it makes noise like it's releasing, but it won't unlock. I even crawled into the back to try and lift the handle and it just won't open. I disconneceted the battery maybe to reset it, and nothing. I bought this SUV to use the back and now I can't open it. Can somebody please help me fix this problem or just even let me know how to get it open. Thanks...
