Default having a problem....help

i have a 2000 blazer 4x4 and the SES light came on the other day. i took it to auto zone and had them scan the code. the code came up p0171. here is a copy of the print out that auto zone gave me.

i did some searching on the forums and found a post that said to clean the MAF Sensor and it should fix it so i did but the light came back on. i also looked in the haynes repair manual and it gives a list of codes that should come up when the O2 sensor is bad on p0171 isnt one of them. so my question is do you think its the O2 sensor any way or a fuel injector problem and could you explain how to fix or replace the parts nessacery.
