Headlights go on and off while driving

Driving home tonight i noticed my headlights going on and off. It was doing it in low and high beam, they would turn off DRL would turn on and back and forth, did that like 5 times and stopped. I checked the fuse and it was good. I searched around here any I seen some replies about a headlight relay but I was unable to find it. Any ideas on where this relay is located? I figured i'd try that before ordering a switch.

BTW it's a 1996 s-10 blazer

Same thing happens on mine. Also at night, when on low beam, the DRL indicator in dash flickers on and off. Going to high beam and back to low beam seems to clear it for a few miles but it returns. It is a 1996 model S-10 Blazer also.

Make sure there is nothing on the dash covering the sensor in the passenger dash speaker.

The schematic varies a bit depending on whether you have sealed beam headlights or composite, but here they are (1996-1997 headlight schematics):

Composite: http://i11.photobucket.com/albums/a1...p_comp_sch.gif

As far as the location of the relays... The DRL relay is located in the relay center behind the glove box.
