Default Help with rear hatch

I bought a 2dr 96, and the rear hatch never worked. The actuator is not broken, but the hatch release wont work or the key. I have 1 fuse missing, CTSY, I dont know what that stands for but, along with those the horn, lighter, or interior light wont come on, and everytime I tried to put a fuse it burned out on contact. So whats up? Can anyone help, tips, hints, something?

What are you capable of doing? How comfortable are you with working on electrical circuits? Electrical troubleshooting?

I would start by determining why the CTSY fuse is blowing. If I have time when I get home, I will try to get some wiring diagrams for you.

It may not be just that though. I have the circuit diagram for the later 2nd gens and that fuse is not just for the lighting.
