High Pitched Whistle From front Wheel?

Default High Pitched Whistle From front Wheel?
Today I noticed a very high pitched noise coming from the front driver side wheel. It happens up to 30ish mph and is very troubling. Im at 36,000mi on the clock and maybe ball joints? help!!!

might need new brake pads. If it is the brakes, what you are hearing is the METAL sensor on the pad rubbing on your rotor. If you delay you will ruin the rotors. 36,000 is typcal for brakes
