How easy was the installation? Did you have to do many alterations to hood or body? Are you happy with their operation?

Installation was very easy. Instructions were easy to follow. On the hood side; a unused bolt hole is utilized. Only 2 holes need to be located and drilled on each fender flange. The kit includes the Struts, hardware needed, drill bit and the pop rivets for the fender bracket. The hood opens and closes with ease. The good part is that you do not have to work around the prop rod. Below is a link to the website. MOtOCAM 360 struts are customized for the Blazer. They have versions for 1st and 2nd Gen Blazers. I previously installed a kit on my 89 S15 Jimmy. I had to modify my fender slightly on my 89 S15 Jimmy.. The location for the strut mount was right at a cut out in the fender. I added a piece of aluminum to bridge the gap and mount the strut mount to the aluminum.
