how do i test temp control switch?

Default how do i test temp control switch?

i think i might have my problem narrowed down to temp control switch. how to i test to see if its operating properly? The only thing it says in my haynes manual is howto take it out and put it back in

thanks for the help

Take vac hoses off from temp control and find a hose you can jump it with and watch your actuators that control your vents under the dash and see if they move.I believe it is a black hose comming into the cluster that has the vacum.See if the vents work when you use the jumper hose and if they move then I would say it is the selector switch is bad.Its $100.00 from dealer.
