I need a dome light
I have no dome light bulb. Went to every auto parts store and it is unlisted. It is a 1997 blazer. Do I have to shop at the dealership?
Depending on your particular inside lighting arangement, it ought to be either a 194 or a 211-2. Look at AutoZone.com
I checked oriellys, autozone and advance auto... nothing listed except cargo light and map lights.. strange
Go to the store then look at the type connection you have for the bulb. Then look at the two bulb types I mentioned and see which, if either, of them have the same type connection as you need. It won't be hard to tell as they are two completely different types of bulbs.
According to the Autozone web site, it's a 211-2.
I just checked autozone and it only lists the cover?? maybe my search is coming up with local parts only? Strange I will try again or check out that #. Thanks.. Didnt see anything even remotly close when I looked.
I looked at a picture of the 211-2... not even close.. I must have an aftermarket recepticle... Thanks again. The one I have has a three prong connection for the bulb.. It would have to be a square shape.

Look under courtesy lamp.. not cargo lamp.
Here is the link. Click: Here I hope this is the correct lamp. |

is there a difference between a 211-2LL and a 211-2? I want to change my dome light to a LED one, but when i cross referrence one from auto zone and one on ebay the only difference between the two lights are the LL.
