Identify a part number for me: Radiator support "baffle"?

Hello all,
New to forum and just picked up my second Blazer (4dr 2wd '98 Blazer) and am attempting to get parts for some of the front end around the radiator. I think it was hit in the front before and the PO attempted some repairs, but I want to make it right.

I'm replacing the condensor, radiator, and some A/C lines. I can't seem to find the name of this part to purchase which is like a rubber/plastic "surround" thing that goes around the left, right, and bottom sides of the radiator. It's like a "baffle" with a slanted bottom that acts like a drain.

I can see the part in this image:

it's part number #2, but it doesn't show up in the list at the bottom.

Does anyone know where I can order this part online and maybe what the correct part number is?

EDIT: one more thing, there were these 2 rubber "grommet" things on the bottom corners of the radiator that are all melted/disformed and I would like to replace these as well. Do these have a part number? I noticed replacement radiators do not come with them.

Thanks!

EDIT 2: In doing some research, it appears this may only be needed for the '97 and under year models. Mine is a '98 yet it has on one it (it looks broken). Now I'm not sure if I need it or not!

The baffle is used on 1998 as well. GMpartsdirect .com shows it in a diagram, under $20.
