Just curious???

I have a 2000 blazer and a 97 the 97 runs and the 2000 is for parts are these two years compatible with eachother I am wanting to switch side mirror and other little stuff like that just curious if it's gonna work

The enormous majority of stuff should be compatible between them, especially regarding exterior parts like the mirrors

Yes, lots of compatibility between the two. You could swap the radiator support, grill and headlights from the 2000 to the 1997 for example. If you prefer the newer looking front end... The mirrors are an easy bolt on swap BUT, the wiring is different. You’ll have to remove the plug from the 2000 mirrors, figure out which wires you’ll need and reinstall the plug from the 97. Or not if you just want to use them as old school manual mirrors! ;)
