little hum even in 2wd
 

hello im experiencing a slight hum even while im in 2wd. i know that indicates vacuum being sent to the front actuator thus engaging the front axle. is it normal for the slightest hum in a 4x4 blazer? i did jack up the front passenger side with engine running and the wheel turned freely
