Long Trim Fuel Numbers-Misfire?

Hello Everybody,

I have a 1997 Blazer, 185,000 miles. Vin W. 4 Door, 4WD.

I have been watching my Long Trim Fuel Numbers.
From what I gather to be perfect at all times they should
remain at 0.0

My numbers have been bouncing around quite a bit.
My vehicle idles a little rough, but once it starts going
it feels fine to me. I have been getting decent gas mileage.
15-16 city 21-23 highway.

The other day I had a code go off going down the highway.
I had my scanner attached at the same time.
P0420. I know this is for the Catalytic Converter Inefficiency.
My freeze frame data came up with some way out numbers
for the long trim fuel numbers. I did not notice anything
different with the vehicle when the light came on. Is this
an indication of a misfire? or is there something else going
on here? Thanks for any help.
