Need help with a power windows/ ignition issue
 

A few months ago I changed my igintion wires using a thred found here. The ignition wire swap notes were awesome and I thought all was good. My battery kept dying. I just found that my power windows now go down without the key in the ignition. No other power accessories work without the key in the ignition (like the radio, wipers etc). I need help figuring out how to fix the problem. Any help is GREATLY appreciated.
