If the engine isn't turning over, disabling or bypassing the passlock system will do nothing to alleviate the issue.

Does your car have an after market security system? Some of those disable the stater.

I am thinking you have 2 problems here. Try using a remote starter to engage the starter to prove the truck will crank. I am thinking it wont crank even by jumping 12 volts straight to the solenoid.

There is the possability you have a bad starter or connections AND the security system has kicked in.

Once again, I agree with swartlkk. Leave the security system alone for now. Prove the starter will crank the truck.
