Newbie here, help needed

Hello guys (and gals) I have a 2000 chevy blazer 4.3 vortech. Recently upon first starting up it would hesitate (really sluggish) and I'd have to mash the gas to go anywhere, then it would be fine until I got the stop sign at the end of my road and then it would do it again. Then it would run normally. The other day I got out and it will not start at all. It turns over then spits and sputters and shakes. Almost like it's firing in the wrong order??? I hooked an OBD scanner to it and it came up NO CODES, this has me really baffled. I have no idea what it could be.

Can anyone help me?

When was the last tune up done? Plugs, Wires, Cap, and Rotor (All AC Delco). That would be where I would start, along with a good Seafoam treatment (1/3 can in the gas, 1/3 through the oil then change the oil after a 100-200 miles, and 1/3 through the brake booster vacuum line)
