Default Now rebuilding motor, need help

All last year I suffered from lack of torque and overheating. Finnaly decided to rebuild the motor. Need help with identification of which parts were installed and which ones to install next after macine works.

Piston serial number is: GM28 A 10172839. Is than default size or oversize ?
Connection rod bearings serial: GM45 18019663 65 H 52.
Crank main bearings serial: GM AL-6 .001 US 3 95

Main question is the size of each part.
Thank you in advance, for help

Really doesn't matter what is in the engine right now. Need to take block and crankshaft and pistons/rods to machinist for measurement. He will be able to tell you what machining needs to be done, and what size parts are required to restore proper fit (or if an inexpensive ring job can be done). Tell him what you are proposing to do. Best wishes for a successful repair.

Hehe. There's a small problem here. Local machine shops don't even know what an inch is. So I measured block with their help and this is what I got:
Cylinder bore on the top х\y (standard size is 101.62 mm.)
#1 - 101.77\101.73
#2 - 101.74\101.69
#3 - 101.72\101.71
#4 - 101.72\101.73
#5 - 101.72\101.68
#6 - 101.74\101.70
Connecting rod journal dia. х\y (standard size is 57.116-57.148 mm.)
#1 - 57.13\57.13
#2 - 57.13\57.13
#3 - 57.13\57.13
#4 - 57.13\57.13
#5 - 57.13\57.13
#6 - 57.13\57.13
Crankshaft journal dia. х\y (standard size is #1 - 62.199-62.217, #2-3 - 62.191-62.215, #4 - 62.179-62.203)
#1 - 62.20\62.21
#2 - 62.20\62.20
#3 - 62.20\62.20
#4 - 62.19\62.19
Now I’m wondering what to do with these values.
