OBDII Code P0101

Hello, I am trying to prepare my 2004 Blazer for an e-test and am unable to find the cause and the solution to the code P0101 which is recorded as a freeze frame on my OBDII scanner. Also, both the "C" and the "EV" monitor Icons are also constantly flashing as if those tests are unable to complete. So far, I have replaced the downstream oxygen sensor , the PCV, the Vent Selenoid and the Purge Selenoid. At first The OBDII Scan tool was giving me a P0101, P0154 and a P0155 codes and after replacing the oxygen sensor the P0154 and P0155 disapeared. Afterwards tho new codes popped up, P0171 and P0174, I then replaced the purge selenoid and they both went away lwaving me with only the P0101 code which i am unable to fix. The Vent selenoid was the first thing which I replaced due to the fact that it was seized closed creating an air lock which made it impossible for me to fuel up.
If anyone out there is able to help me out it would be greatly appreciated since i do not know what to try next. Thank you very much in advance.

First thing to do is clear all DTC's from all memories with a scan tool capable of accessing pending, current, and history files, (The el cheapo $500 scan tools are not capable). Next step is perform the General Motors Driving Cycle exactly as written. You don't have to do the steps in order, but you must do each step. After completion, check the monitor status, if all monitors are not completed, do the necessary steps again until they are all complete. If the service engine soon light comes before, during or after the drive cycle is completed, retrieve the DTC's and follow the appropriate flow chart, https://blazerforum.com/forum/tech-a...agnosis-26408/ to repair the problem. Then clear all memories and perform the drive cycle again. Repeat until the light stays off after all monitors are complete.
