Default Oversized door hinge bushing?

Are there over-sized door hinge bushing available? I mean, really bigger-than-stock bushings. Or are the replacements already bigger than OEM/stock?

I thought I read about much larger bushings some where but I cannot find it. And everywhere I search for parts, there is no mention of larger bushings or if the replacements are bigger than original.

I remember some one else had the same problem. They had to weld and drill the hole to have the new bushings fit properly. Are yours badly ovalized? Have you tried new bushings yet?

Video on how to easily replace the door pins:

Yes the hinge is badly ovalized. Haven't bought new bushings/pins yet. Been looking for oversized.

Mine are oval. I've stock ones bought to replace the missing ones on the truck I bought. I'm planning on glueing them in place and see how it holds up. I'll report back !

put them how they are suposed to be, and use some JB weld to fill the void, close your door so its all lined up, and let it sit over night, should fix it for awhile

The dealer sells over sized bushings. That's where I got mine from. Life time warranty. Been on for about 3 years now and doing great.

Doorman in the help section used to have oversized bushings. Last set I bought (been awhile ago) had both sizes in the package. About 8/9 years now and they still working fine.
