Today the SES light turned off. I stopped to get fuel and when I started the truck up again, I noticed it was gone and didnt return during my trip home from work. So what does that mean?

Also your right about the mileage of the truck, getting ready to hit 99k. So I'm guessing the O2 sensors are nearing their life span. So I'll grab a Denso O2 sensor.

One last thing to pick your brain about. I also noticed for the longest time, just forgot to mention before. Is the oil pressure gauge drops down to about 20psi when stopped and idling after it has warmed up for a bit. When its cold and while driving or rev it, the gauge is up above 40psi. Is this a concern or normal? I checked oil level and its fine, but its due for a change.

At 99K, you would do well to replace both upstream oxygen sensors at the same time. I wouldn't worry about the downstream sensors until they start setting DTC's. Downstream sensors have absolutely no effect on engine performance. Ebay and Amazon are your friends for Denso sensors;)

Oil pressure drop to 20psi at idle, and back up to 40psi+ is not really a concern. Could be something as simple as a weak spring in the oil pump bypass valve, (pretty common problem). $20 in parts and a couple hours of time will fix that. Below 10psi at idle, that could be a problem.

ordered 2 O2 sensors from Rockauto. Cheaper then Ebay.
