P1133 - HO2S Insufficient Switching Bank 1 Sensor 1

I would be greatful for any advice on how to fix my blazer. The code says P1133 - HO2S Insufficient Switching Bank 1 Sensor 1
I drive 64 miles each way to college and need my blazer!
It surges some and dies when stopped. Always so far has restarted idles just fine. Thanks for any advice or pointing me the right direction!
