Power loss on takeoff

Heres my problem, When i am stopped at a red light or a stop sign, i will go to accelerate usually a little under 1/4 throttle like i normally do and i have very little power, its like the motor is holding back.It dosnt do it everytime and it has just started doing it.

what do you think it could be. Short of air?
