i think i saw that video too. but really if you have two people with you, one holding the window and the other working on getting the regulator off track and out of the door you should be fine. once the regulator is out drill holes in the top of the rivets and chisle off the heads and pull the motor out then replace it and screw in a bolt and nuts. new bolts and nuts come with the motor.
