Problem with chassis

Hi,
I live in Brussels, Europe, where each car must be examined each year by the authorities. My Blazer was refused to go on the road anymore because of a crack on the chassis. So I decided to change it, which cost me $10,000 ! Unfortunately, my car is still not allowed on the road because the examinators found that the dimensions of the new chassis (original GM piece, arrived from USA by plane) were different than the specifications in their computer. I guess their data are not up to date : my Blazer is a LS, and they have only data for ZR2. My questions are: are the dimensions of a LS's chassis different from those of a ZR-2's chassis ? Please, can anyone send me the official specs with the accurate measures for the chassis of a 1999 Blazer LS 4x4 2 doors ? Could the tolerances by the fabrication be so large that it can exceed the specs ? If necessary, here's my VIN : 1GNCT18W4WK219325. I also join the verification report.
Desperately thanks in advance.

RE: Problem with chassis

The frames are very much different between the ZR2 and the regular Blazer. Your 99 does share the same frame as any other 95-current 2dr Blazer though.

Your picture is too small to make out what you were trying to show...

I got now confirmation that my vehicle is well a ZR2, according to the label in the glove box.
