i have a 99 blazer and i have a leak from what appears to be a bleeder on the proportioning valve ive tried tightening it but it still leaks ive taken it off to find that there is this red stem of sorts with a spring and some sort of o-ring gasket i think this is what might be leaking my question is, is there like a rebuild kit or something or am i better off replacing it
