Pulled ECM1 fuse with key on... oops

This is a 1998 Blazer S-10

I was looking for the fuse that controls the drive selection (4lo-4hi-2lo-2hi) and couldn't find it... so I had the GENIUS idea to just rip the ECM1 15afuse out (key was on for aux power) .... well, the radio died, lights stayed on.. then I put the fuse back in, then all the lights died, and the car began "clicking" unless it was in R or D. No lights working in the dash, under the hood, etc.

Also, the car still continues to 'click' even with the key out, and the doors closed. Clicking sounds like its coming from door lock actuators? I can't really tell.. Anyways, I have a feeling that disconnecting the battery would fix it, but I just pulled the battery fuse and the clicking went away, and left it at that. Its not my car/house and its been sitting forever so I didn't care and neither did the girl....

Only lights on dash: Service Engine Soon, Airbag

Battery COULD be dead... or dying too, as it has been sitting all winter plugged in

Any suggestions?

Have your battery load tested to see if it is still healthy. The battery disconnect should reset all of the systems.
