Radiator leaking

Actually I think he put a new radiator in. Besides everything being super super clean, the cap fits much tighter than it did before.
Now though, I occasionally hear the fan blades ticking against the shroud on the passenger side. It stops when I push on the shroud. Is this a troublemaker?

It could damage the blades. I would look at the bolting point to make sure they are aligned. Aswell as the grooves where the shroud itself sits...

Check your motor mounts, too. They break more often than not, and they can let the engine move around enough that the fan contacts the shroud.
