hey i just thought of another thing to look at while your in there, check to make sure the positive terminal isnt cracked, if it was overtightened it may have a crack in it... and its making and breaking the charge to the starter.... tyr that see what happens if your not to sure about it then you can get replacement ends for the battery at an auto store for cheap also...

Ok, so I took out my alternator and battery and had them tested and both were good. The problem was that there was a bad connection, so I got a new bolt for the battery and cleaned it all really well and so far so good. Thanks a bunch for all the help
