Default Rear hatch

Rear hatch won't open, it makes all the sound of working, and with either the button on the dash or the one on my keyless entry, it won't open. Any ideas?

Well, I got mine fixed. if you have a jimmy like mine with the glass and tailgate seperate. take the screws off of the handle. pull the middle of the back panel and hit the switch to pop the glass manually. after that pull the rest of the screws off of the panel, one on each side of the gate once its down, and one where the glass locks in. then take a 9/32 socket and rachet and pull the back skin off, check the back panel to see if the little blue arm is working properly. youll hear the actuator make the noise and either way it will still work if the blue arm is or isnt working. if thats all fixed. the tailgate pop might get stuck which wont allow to glass to open properly. reset and double check that is is working properly. no parts. just about 30 mins of time.
