Rear Rubbing/Squealing

What I originally thought was a brake problem is not a brake problem since i have replaced absolutely everything brake wise on the back of my blazer. Could this possibly be the rear differential failing or the rear axle bearing going bad. I recently hit 100,000 miles. The rubbing/squealing doesnt start right away. I have to pull out of the driveway and drive 2 or three minutes before it starts up. Once it starts it goes for the duration of the ride. Please help.
