Out of town since Thursday, sorry for the delay.
Consistently running rich on bank 2 at idle, and too lean at 2K rpm. I would suspect a partially stuck open injector on bank 2. What make and model scan tool did you get? Does it allow you to do the cylinder contribution test or an injector balance test?
