Default Rotor Warping

My '96 has always had a problem with the rotors warping badly, where i need to get them cut every brake job (every 3 months) where a pair of rotors only last me about a year, I use the duralast gold brake pads along with duralast rotors, any suggestions on another brand to use or what problem could be causing it?? I'm planning on replacing my calipers next brake job thinking that they are causing my problem. Any advice would be appreciated.

How do you tighten the lug nuts? Do you use a torque wrench or just tighten them? If they are not torqued on they WILL cause warping. Also make sure that the hub surface ( the surface where the rotor sits onto) make sure that is VERY clean, if that has rust or buildup on it that will also cause a warping problem. I personally use NAPA Lifetime rotors, and their ceramic pads, and have had 30,000 trouble free miles with that set up on my Blazer. HTH

I do torque my lug nuts and keep my rotors and hubs clean, no matter what I do they still warp, it drives me nuts.
