Shifting from P to D
 

I did a bad thing the other day. I was on a steep incline (my E brake is inop) and had a very hard time shifting out of P into R or D. I finally got it out of Park after trying to rock the truck back and forth and some force.

Now the truck just doesn't feel normal when I take the truck out of P. It's hard to pull down. What did I do? Any thoughts?
