Soft brake pedal ??

My brake pedal goes way down but it stops the truck ok,But it seems to bite a little better when do driving in D not in OD, Could a intake leak cause this or the master cycl. ??

If pedal is soft and I did see what you said about drive and overdrive but I would start by bleeding the @*#^ out of it. RR, LR, RF, LF. JP then go from there-very little cost involved except brake fluid and time-but use some care loosening bleeders as you DO NOT want to break them off! JP
