some lights out in dash

the lights behind my 4wd buttons and some on my radio are out on my 2003 chevy blazer. Easy fix are not?

As for the 4x4 switch, some are soldered in and not easily replaceable. The radio ones are probably even worse.

thanks, did a little research and found that what I say is correct. The radio is differently going no where.
