Speedometer Signal ?
 

Would anyone know if the pcm sends any reference voltage to the cluster with the truck not in motion.
I would like to test at the cluster connector with it out to see if the cluster is shot or if the problem lies between cluster and pcm.
All gages on the dash work except for the speedometer and old style rolling odometer.
Truck shifts fine and when running with live scanner mph reads correctly on scanner.
