Steering wheel controls

Hey folks. I got a set of steering wheel controls added to my steering wheel and I have a new clock spring. From what I have read the factory wires are there. I know the dark blue wire for the SWC is in the radio harness. However, I looked under the dash everywhere near the steering column and couldn't find the harness. I found a bunch of threads but couldn't find where the wires are located. Any it input would be appreciated.

What year blazer and from what year is the steering wheel?

2000 blazer, The steering wheel is my stock steering wheel with used buttons from a 2001. The clock spring is a new factory replacement (with the SWC wires) for a 2000.

I believe you are trying to find C210. See attached.

Thanks, that 2nd one is very helpful. I think I can use that to figure out where they've hidden that connector.

I found it. It is on the back of where the big connector from the steering column connects. Ignore the random white wire, that is my back up camera trigger wire. It has been zip tied up out of the way.

Once I connected it I got continuity from the clock spring to the radio harness. I'll test it with the AWSC1 once I get it connected. The sad part is my SWC buttons have no lights, but they were used so it is what it is. Hope this helps someone.

Has anyone ever installed steering wheel controls on a Chinese radio? I have a Vanku head unit with the 3 wires, SWC1, SWC2, and SWC ground. I am not sure which one I should connect it to since the blazer only has 1 signal wire. I have a Metra AWSC-1 but it doesn't work. Their tech support just said since it is a Chinese radio and not a name brand they basically can't help.

Just wanted to say thanks for the picture. I went right to my connector after seeing this. :)
