kinda slef explanatory...was fine one day..i parked it cause of snow/ice storm we got..it sat about a week...i went down to leave the other day and it was dead...so i jumped it with my other car and left...i noticed that when i got out the clock display on the raideo stayed on...it started fine a couple hrs later but the next morn it was dead again...i disconected the battery for a min and reconected it...am i missing something simple here?

ONE WIRE SHOULD POWER LIGHTS
AND ONE FOR MEMORY
MEMORY WIRE IS HOT ALL THE TIME
AND LIGHTS SHOULD WORK OFF OF KEY

Yes, I have seen this exact problem caused by an internal radio failure. You can try discharging all of the truck's capacitors (including the ones inside your radio) by disconnecting both of your battery terminals, then touch and hold them together (positive cable bolt to the negative cable bolt) for about 30-45seconds. Then reconnect them to the battery. This works sometimes, other times it doesn't, but it's worth a try. Repost and let us know.
