RE: Strange noises

Gonna need to find where the noise is from before any help can be done. Does it sound like the engine, the front or rear wheels, etc.

RE: Strange noises

Try to pinpoint the noise, then post back your findings. It could be many different things (brake pads worn down, bearings, u joints, something in the motor, etc.) the list just goes on.

It didnt do anything today, but i know i need a new drivebelt and possibly one of the pulleys (not to sure which one) so Im thinking that could be it, Ill replace it on the weekend and see how it goes, might repost next week.

RE: Strange noises

I dought the pully and belt would cause a metal on metal noise as you describe especially only occuring at 50+. As far as your pulley its most likely the tensioner pulley I had like two changed both with delco part and my sister in law has the same pulley on her camaro and its problematic also.
