temperature and more

I have a 2004 blazer and when the A/C is on the temperature runs hotter about 210 or slightly above that when the A/C is off it runs just under 210 Also the blazer has no acceleration and tire spinning power with 3.42 gears and my friends 94 Blazer can roast them around corners mine will spin but not like his does gearing have alot to do with acceleration and tire spinning power Also i believe this is normal but with the A/C on i have slightly less engine power.

Well, that all sounds pretty normal. You might double check your coolant level, though, or maybe it's time to do a flush and fill.

Yeah, that is quite normal for the summer months. Heat is a byproduct of an A/C system at the other end. So heat directly ahead of the radiator can cause higher engine cooling system temperatures.

Anytime you're using available engine power to drive accessories you have less power available for delivery to the rear wheels. The a/c clutch is driven by the serpentine belt and when the clutch is engaged it creates a tension drag on the belt requiring more power usage to keep it working.
