Tilt Wheel Lever

I have replaced the mulli-function switch in my 2000 blazer and reassembled, nowI am trying to install the tilt wheel lever and I can't remember how it came apart. Anybody know howto do this?

This probably would have gotten more attention in 2nd Gen Tech...
