too dam hot?!?

hey everybody, so i was wondering does anybody have an issue with the air blowing on your legs on the driver side floor?? i put a thermometer in my car and it reads anywhere between 90° and 105° upon startup when it warms up it gets to about 115° to 120°. and when i step into the gas i can feel the air flow across my legs even more i also have not had to use my heat yet other than when we had all the snow back febuary cause it usually stays about 80° to 90° in the winter. i have checked all the vent parts they are in good working order, does anybody have any suggestions?? any help would be appreciated cause i really dont want to run the a/c all the time. thanks in advance
