TPS Problem?

I recently got an OBDII data logger to connect to my laptop (the one at http://obddiagnostics.com/index.html ). I just got it hooked up, and it testing it, it's showing when my foot is to the floor, accelerator as far down as it will go, Throttle Position only reading 90%. Is this an issue? Could my TPS be going bad, or is my carpet stopping the full travel?

Also, as a side note, not sure excactly what the Short Term and Long Term Trim % for each bank (Bank 1 and Bank 2, assuming left and right cylinder banks...) And what are good numbers for those... Just trying to learn to interpret my data better...
